I've found a more updated FW for our Qlogics on the official website

  Cleanup        : ql2500-firmware-5.03.02-2.el6.noarch

t3fs13 or t3fs14 reboot when all the FC routes to 1 controller are lost. CASE 2904405

2012-02-27: RDAC is now properly working but we've a SAS failed path issue for Tray 0, Drawer 1
