Minutes for T2s:
   * Reservation is now running as: 58 nodes ATLAS (2/3 of their 40% share), CMS down to 1, no reservation for LHCb
   * CMS has an open ticket to understand why Analysis jobs are sent to CSCS, but not production jobs
   * Nick to send an email to Vinzenz with the hammer cloud script from LHCb to have an example to start from 
   * ATLAS --nice: waiting for Gianfranco for the go ahead
   * EGI: still discrepancies. EGI still investigating
   * Check hot topic page [[HotTopics][https://wiki.chipp.ch/twiki/bin/view/LCGTier2/HotTopics]] for news on dCache and ARC upgrades
   * February pledges met for all VOs
      * pretty clear at this point that CMS will not meet the pledges
