         * Bug in qsub that every now and then caused a crash. CSCS submitted a ticket to AdaptiveComputing

      * (Derek): I would like to keep the possibility of opening user accounts (though we will not need them right now, I think). Use cases are 
         * users who want to debug applications locally (dcap can only be used locally)
         * possibility of directly interacting with dcache through a mounted PNFS should not be totally neglected. May become attractive at some point to allow users to organize their files through normal unix commands (but at least with dcache, that may take some time)

   * We agreed to create an emergency restart twiki page for the CE, since it's getting very complex and it's not easy to handle for people outside CSCS.
   * CSCS will take full control of the users in the Tier2, as discussed in previous emails.
   * A HC test was performed in the site, and it turns out that filestager is better than direct-io. Gianfranco is going to repeat the tests anyway next week, to see if they match previous conclussions.
