Our current dCache 2.6 will get unsupported in [[http://www.dcache.org/downloads/1.9/timeline-dCache.svg][three months]] so we have to update to dCache 2.10 as several CMS T2s already did. 

Since we're updating dCache during this downtime the =/pnfs= service will be either unavailable or unreliable, don't try to read or write any file into =/pnfs=, thanks.

The other T3 services ( batch system, t3ui1* servers, =/cvmfs=, =/shome=, =/swshare= ) will be left up and running.

*No further e-mails to announce this downtime will be sent* but we're going to broadcast its conclusion asap.
