cp: preserving permissions for `gaga2': Operation not supported
cp: preserving ACL for `gaga2': Operation not supported

• shome filesystem is an NFS exported ZFS on t3fs06.
• OpenSolaris discussion: http://opensolaris.org/jive/thread.jspa?threadID=54621&tstart=0
• patch 127128-11 is supposed to fix this. But we already have this on our t3fs06.
• The file is copied, but the exit status of cp shows an error, even after remounting the shome with the noacl option on linux!

Solution or Workaround

Using a test file system, it turns out that noacl is not correctly set upon mount -o remount,noacl. But it works if the noacl is given in the initial mount command.
