Quotas for /shome filesystem

Summary

To protect the system from filling up we enforced user quotas on /shome (15GB soft / 25GB hard limit)

Details

Filesystem quotas have been enforced to protect the system. Each user may normally use 15GB of /shome directory space. He may exceed this up to reaching 25GB which is a hard limit, and has 2 days for moving the excess off to the storage element.

You can check on your quota by using the "quota" command:

[feichtinger@t3ui01 ~]$ quota
Disk quotas for user feichtinger (uid 3896):
Filesystem blocks quota limit grace files quota limit grace
 t3nfs01:/shome 1000004 15000000 25000000 18845 0 0

The first three numbers (all in KB) refer to your current space usage, your soft limit, and your hard limit.
