T3 Scheduled Downtime on March 28th

• dCache to ver 2.2.9-1
• Postgresql to ver. 9.2.3
• kernels to the latest version.

All of these should be transparent to the final users.

Last email about this downtime was on 22-03-2013 12:00:

Dear T3 Users

during the previous downtimes we've left on and available the servers t3ui0[1-9] but this time they will be turned OFF during the 28th morning to perform an important kernel upgrade; 
you can work the 27th evening but I'll reboot the servers the 28th morning without further notice.

as soon as they will be upgraded I'll send an 1st email to inform you that you can connect again, but the t3se01:/pnfs files will be still unavailable.

it will follow a 2nd and last email from me declaring over this downtime; 
since that moment you'll be able to work as usual, so also accessing the t3se01:/pnfs files .
