New SL6 t3ui[12,15,16,17,18,19] providing 1.7TB /scratch RAID10

Details

The new SL6 UIs providing 1.7TB /scratch can be used according to the following policy Tier3Policies#User_interface_policies

Each new UI provides:

  • SL6.4 as OS
  • 100GB RAM
  • 32 cores
  • 1.7TB /scratch

ROOT for SL6 has been compiled in /swshare/ROOT/root_v5.34.18_slc6_amd64_py26_pythia6

CMSSW_7_0_6patch3 has been deployed in /swshare/cms/slc6_amd64_gcc481

right now there are still not SL6 WNs at T3 but they will be released soon.
