Since today there are available four SL6 WNs that offer exactly the same queues as the SL5 WNs: 
$ qconf -sql
all.q
debug.q
long.q
sherpa.gen.q
sherpa.int.long.q
sherpa.int.vlong.q
short.q

to use the four SL6 WNs you just have to login to the SL6 UIs t3ui[12,15,16,17,18,19] and submit your jobs from there ; since you have submited from a SL6 UI, the batch system will automatically select the SL6 WNs on your behalf.

Be aware that the CMSSW releases and the ROOT releases available in the four SL6 WNs could be different from your usual SL5 WNs environment.
