On Friday 6th May 2016 from 10:00 till 17:00 we're upgrading both the =/pnfs= file service middleware and the =/shome= and =/swshare= HW to 10Gbs 

the downtime schedule is :

   * Before 10:00 %BLUE%all the T3 users have to close ALL their =t3ui*= sessions and either simply kill ALL their  =t3wn*= jobs or put them on hold by [[http://gridscheduler.sourceforge.net/htmlman/htmlman1/qalter.html][qalter]]%ENDCOLOR% ( search the string =hold= ) ; if you put them on hold please tell us ; running jobs + not "hold protected" pending jobs are silently killed

   * At 10:00 the =/pnfs= , =/shome= and =/swshare= services are %RED%stopped%ENDCOLOR% without any notice ; accordingly all the =t3ui*= and =t3wn*= won't work !

   * At 17:00 the =/pnfs= , =/shome= and =/swshare= services are %GREEN%back%ENDCOLOR% in production and an email is sent to the T3 users

   * After 17:00 the T3 users can work as usual

   * %BLUE%Because we can't really try all the planned changes the scheduled times might severely change !! %ENDCOLOR% Thank you for your understanding
