On Friday 1st Jul 2016 from 14:00 till 15:00 the =/shome= file service is going to be updated ; both the UIs and the WNs will be affected and they're going to be rebooted in order to verify the update correctness

each T3 user will have to logout from the UIs and kill his/her *running* jobs by 1st Jul 2016 at 13:50 ; all the remaining running jobs will be lost but you might proactively put 'on hold' your *pending* jobs by [[http://gridscheduler.sourceforge.net/htmlman/htmlman1/qhold.html][qhold]] and remove these 'holds' after the downtime conclusion

like always we're going to send a final email announcing the downtime conclusion
