         * Bug in qsub that every now and then caused a crash. CSCS submitted a ticket to AdaptiveComputing
         * CREAM has had a bug fix which already has been installed at CSCS (CSCS being now in the staged rollout group for CREAM CE)

      * (Derek): I would like to keep the possibility of opening user accounts (though we will not need them right now, I think). Use cases are 
         * users who want to debug applications locally (dcap can only be used locally)
         * possibility of directly interacting with dcache through a mounted PNFS should not be totally neglected. May become attractive at some point to allow users to organize their files through normal unix commands (but at least with dcache, that may take some time)
   * Closure of queues before downtimes: ReduceClosureTimeQueues
