---++ Minutes and action items
   * In order to find the culprit when someone writes too many files, CMS needs at least a snapshot of a full job. This can maybe be done with a trigger, on demand when the next case arises.
   * Pablo should create a page in the Wiki with a calendar for VOs to put important events in there (and CSCS to try to avoid them on maintenances, if possible)
   * ATLAS and CMS availability/reliability metrics are, even though within WLCG limits (~95%), very low compared to other sites (on the worst 25%), which should be improved. The main culprit seems to be dCache and its lack of proper support from Desy.
   * Stefano needs to draw a short and mid-term strategies for dealing with dCache (to improve the current situation and decide whether it should be replaced in the future)
   * Dino to send kibana links to Gianfranco and organize 1-on-1 meetings with the VO Reps for monitoring improvement activities
   * CSCS should plan for enabling Storage Accounting soon, now that's available. 
   * CSCS and Gianfranco should find a way to enable ticket notifications to arrive to the VO Reps
   * Gianfranco to check with ATLAS if they are interested in Tape storage and if it's possible for ATLAS to use Object Storage instead of dCache.
