Minutes

• No need to add anyone at CSCS to the ATLAS VO to gather the necessary information/logs/graphics (as extracted from discussions with Gianfranco last month)
• Likewise for the efficiency problems, they also seem to be solved (as extracted from discussions with Gianfranco last month)
• The differences in the efficiency graphs between ATLAS and CMS are very high and cannot be comprehended
• Phoenix is not imposing memory limits. The memory discussion should be moved to LHConCRAY
• Many TODO items from the list (see link above) were completed and marked as such. Some of the items need to be understood if they are needed at all, but for that we need ATLAS in the room as well.
• All looks fine from the CMS side, but tickets #25757 and #25695 (cms02 documentation and space mon) should be marked as important
• Action items that are not completed will be added to the new ones

Action items

• CSCS to ask CMS to allow more than 200 jobs to be submitted to CSCS at the same time, to get better usage of the system
• CSCS to add to the agenda of the F2F both the Scratch story on Phoenix and the memory problem on LHConCRAY
• CSCS to fix the monitoring page in the wiki with the new links gathered from the hands-on with the VOs before the next F2F meeting
• Pablo to update the wiki page with CMS input on important monitoring metrics (email from Fabio)
• CSCS to check the BDII for the amount of memory that is being advertised
• CSCS to update the RoadMap page in the wiki

• CSCS to send instructions to everyone on how to access Kibana via ssh (if certificates are not usable yet)
• CSCS to send Gianfranco ARC config and history of changes if available
• CSCS to reassess the work involved in fixing the slurm reports
