Downtime on Monday, Sept. 29, 2008

On Monday, Sept. 29, 2008 we will upgrade the dCache server software on the cluster to the latest release - this should solve the "GridFTP transfer interrupted" problems that have been affecting the cluster since the last gLite update.

The downtime is scheduled from 8:00 to 17:00; since the maintenance work affects the storage servers, no jobs can run at that time: we shall therefore start draining the queues (i.e., not accept any new jobs) starting Friday, Sept. 26.
