Gridview is changing the numbers for EGI, WLCG is missing
We have to check if there is an official statement about closing the queues in advance for an scheduled downtime, but if there's not, we will close the atlas and cms queues 20 hours before a downtime, and contact lhcb to see what do they want.
CreamCE would partially solve the problem of the scheduled downtimes, but it's implementation in CSCS is not perfect and it will take some time to drop lcg-ce
CSCS accepts direct contact with other people for VO related things, there is no need for a vo rep to act as an intermediate. Anyway, the vo rep should be informed.
Action items
We need to check if there is an official procedure to close the queues before a downtime.
